This sounds very amusing as well as RIDICULOUS! My previous wireless carrier was Sprint, and surely I can say exact same thing about them, infact even worse, not only they have crappiest coverage, but customer service as well. Also, there is always you can find something on ANY wireless carrier for which you could say they are the worst cell company. Also had At&t, well, dont get me started on them! I suggest go find a "PERFECT" company. As far as verizon, yes I admit there are things you could hate them for, but let me tell you, there are things I love them for, and they are the BEST you could find. Been there, done that!

well they are worst as in i STILL dont understand how they could overcharge random phones if your family plan goes over the limit. that makes no sense to me; shouldn't you be charging the extra minutes as a whole or charge the phone that actually made the last few calls to make it go over the limit instead of overcharging just one random phone line?
verizon has the worst customer service. everytime i talk to someone over there, they are useless! they don't help me with any of my questions and all they seem to say is sorry repeatedly as if they're a broken machine. they might as well be broken machines since every customer rep i've spoken with seem to be not helpful. it's the same thing as speaking to a wall for me.
and why cant i speak with the manager? they say that managers aren't allowed to speak with the customers...then what is the point of having managers. where does this logic come from?
im just waiting for 6 months to pass so i could switch to another co.

Yea, that's why they've been bleeding millions of customers for the past few years and all their post-paid customers switching to Virgin Mobile and Boost lol

Also, my brother still has sprint. His phone ROAMS IN HIS HOUSE!!! ok, so what if i call customer service and they are nice to me? that doesnt change the crappy coverage, does it?
First i had sprint, then changed to verizon, then changed to At&t, AND THEN FINALLY BACK TO VERIZON. Good luck on your quest!

I had Sprint for 2 years. I only had one bar on my phone all around my neighborhood. After 2 years I ended the service. Sprint actually had bad customer care for when I called in. I always tended to get some person with a horrible accent. I could never understand the person. I would eventually have to hang up. That is when I found email is the best way to ask questions to customer car on Sprint.
I would rather have better coverage and actually have service on my phone then customer care being all nice. I am paying for the service.

While Verizon may not be perfect, I must come to their defense here... Sure, I have had a few problems over the years (one is currently open and unresolved with using VZ Navigator) but they have treated me with respect and honesty. I cannot ask for more. Their coverage beats anyone else, Customer Service is polite and has taken care of me every time I have called.
I have been with Verizon long before it was Verizon. I was with Airtouch before Verizon purchased it. I had signed up for cell phone service with them about 1994, a long time ago for sure! My original phone was HUGE and heavy! Have been with them ever since. Yes, I have a current tiny phone.
Is Verizon perfect? No.
Are they the best? Yes!
