I have come to realize that if you can't fix the issue yourself there is a very good chance you are out of luck, but try and call support at 1-800-922-0204.

What phone do you have?  Changing your text signature (for text messages? Email?) varies from phone to phone, but is likely to be found in the settings/personalization for your texting app and email app.

Most phones on Verizon have a tutorial online that shows you video of how to do most common tasks.
