using integrated messaging on my desktop pc and sound alert is set to on but no sound when receive or send text msg

Let's get your notifications working the way it should be benc2. When did the sound notifications stop working? Have you verified the volume of the PC is turned on? Do you not receive sound notifications on any text messages you received on your pc?
