This new 30.00 dollar upgrade fee is not fair. They claim it is charged so they can keep offering workshops and other voluntary services! Well, not everyone uses these services and it's not fair for everyone to have to pay for them! A better idea would be to charge individuals fees per service if they use them! I personally think this would be better for Verizon and their loyal customers, not charge their LOYAL CUSTOMERS for services they don't even use
