I have been a loyal customer and have upgraded and paid so much money to Verizon for many years.. every month I am on the phone over an hour... because there are always charges added to my account with no AUTHORIZATION...  this happens to many of your customers ... Customer service says one thing never notates the correct info promises credits and never follow through

I was promised my bill would be 135 that is including taxes and other line and NEVER is it 135.. now you have me up to 185 a  month. Metro PCS is 60.00 even for the same exact unl text unl call unl data and the range of their service is every where in US and works perfect

I just got off the phone with YET another .. at first sounded educating in billing then after an hour she gets a little cocky and says I owe 23.01 .. after I was told last week that would be credited .... AND also I made a trade last week at the Addison il store because my blue tooth died.. which

come to find out you no onger carry them because they had so many returns.. I had a credit of 32.00 and you all put that towards my bill .. THAT WAS MY CREDIT AND i SHOULD HAVE USED IT HOW I WANTED... just totally fed up !!!!!!!!!!!

Trust me I Know how to read the bill and dissect it.. every [removed] month is the same thing.. and hour on the phone .. there are always enexpected charges.. i never put ins on 2 of the devices but for 6 moths they have been charging me.. it is so [removed] frustrating when your promised a bill to be 130 135 with taxes and every month it is 170 185  I dont purchase [removed] on the phone i dont download songs I never go over my usage THEY TRIED TO ADD THAT A COUPLE MONTHS AND ENDED UP TAKING IT OFF.. THE PROBLEM IS WHEN I GO TO THE STORE BY MY HOUSE THE MANAGER SCOTT .. DOES HIS MAGIC [removed] AND MAKES ME THINK HE IS HELPING ME .. THEN 2 MONTHS LATER I HAVE TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!! ITS PATHETIC.. BUT i WILL SAY THE OTHERS AT THE STORE IN ADDISON ARE GREAT THEY TRY TO HELP WHEN THEY CAN.. AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PRETTY MUCH HELPFUL BUT SOME CS REPS SAY THEY ARE GONNA CREDIT AND NEVER DO .. SO THEN IM ON THE PHONE AGAIN.. JUST NOT RIGHT.. I OWN MY OWN BUSINESS AND HAVE PAID AT LEAST 10 GRAND TO VERIZON IN 6 YEARS.. TRUST ME.. THEY RIP PPL OFF YOU JUST HAVE TO CATCH THEM.. THEN I WANTED TO CANCEL SERVICE AND DIDNT CARE HOW MUCH CANCELLATION FEES WERE.. AND I GOT A CALL 2 MONTHS AGO FROM A SPECIALIST.. SHE WAS VERY COOL GOT MY BILL TO WHERE IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE THEN AGAIN LAST MONTH RIGHT BACK TO 180.. SOOOOO IM STUCK AND GUESS I WILL CALL EVERY MONTH AND HAVE THEM CREDIT UNTIL MY BILL IS AT 135.000

We can't see how your bill is broken down. You could have provided us with the charge details of your bills so we can see what you see and we could provide an interpretation of what we believe is correct charges and what might be questionable.
