ringback tone error

i ordered a ringback tone yesterday. i went to my ringback tones through the media to assign it, and when i tried to move it to the default, it would say error code 900 and wouldnt let me do it. and i tried to move it to the day of the week and did the same thing... and did the same thing for a certain time! wth? why is it doing that??? i payed money for something i cant use... can anyone help me???

the same thing is happening to me. im glad im not alone! i want to use my ringback tone!! :smileysad:

I actually had the same issue with mine :smileysad: it was giving me the error for only one of my ringbacks.

So, I put a different ringback in the default (or where ever I was putting it)  then put the one I actually wanted back in the default box and it worked.

I am having the same problem, however I am now getting "System error occurred. Please try again later.
code: 4033" when I try to manage my ringback tones.
