Occasionally, when I dial out I get message that my account is at $0 and I need to replenish my account. This is followed by "pound pay switch 119-2". What is this about????

me flippin too! just happened to me. i restarted my phone and now it just says"your call cannot be completed as diald. please check the number and dial again". so irritated at this!
