hello myself and a bunch of us here in the Hillsdale, IL 61257 / Joslin, IL area have been having poor cell/data signal for awhile now and it seems be getting worse. we all work at Tyson and I know we are in a decent size building here but even when out side where I used to get the better signal its starting to get spotty and we are even having problems sending and getting phone calls and text messages let alone lte service. I thought it was all phones but it doesn't seem to effect at&t and us cellular they both seem to get better signal. I was wondering if you could help us out and see why this could be happening.
We'll be happy to look into this service issue. We do not see a current known issue in that area. How is your service now?

My local area has very low signal strength. A serious upgrade or another
tower is needed. 4G service is barely 4mb on a good day. I'm required to
use a indoor cell booster. And often drop calls when walking around my home
and surrounding area.
