So, I upgraded my Chocolate 2 for the Blackberry Pearl at the end of April, but I never got to activating the Blackberry. And I went to activate my phone on Saturday, and it said the ESN had changed. Im not sure what that means, but could someone please help me out? My bill was overdue, and I sent my payment in on saturday, would that have anything to do with it?

Are you able to use your Blackberry or your Chocolate? When you "activate" the new phone this will change your ESN, because the Blackberry has a different ESN.

After doing this did you try dialing *228 and option 1 from the Blackberry?
