I got a data alert last night. In the middle of the night I had 3.67 GB of data charged to my account. I can't find any files downloaded to the computer, I have all UPDATES turned off. Will Verizon tell me what was the IP address that I supposedly downloaded that much data from last night while I was asleep?

AZconfused,
Seeing a higher than normal data usage can definitely be alarming. I am surprised to see that this has happened while sleeping. It would concern me as well. While we don't have the option to see exactly what was done, there is a tool via My Verizon that will show you what type of activity was being done. This is called the Data Utlization tool. What make/model phone do you have that this was done on? Was there any type of update that was completed?

The data usage bar graph is only updated as of 7/31/15.
My data "hit" was for 3.27 GB at 10:20 PM on 8/2/15
The device is a Verizon LTE internet installed router
Only a Windows 7 desktop computer and a Chromebook are attached wirelessly to it.
A Chromebox desktop is attached by ethernet but would have been asleep at the time.
Hidden 20 character SSID, WPA-2 password, MAC address specific router access only
All automatic Windows and Dell updates are turned off. I couldn't find any Windows 10 secret file updates.
Alarming to say the least
