if i block a number do the receive any notice of being blocked? when i initially block or just when they try to msg or call my number? how is the notice worded, does it say i have blocked them or just a general notice of?

Your privacy is super important to me and I will be delighted to provide more information regarding our call and message blocking feature.
When you block a number and they attempt to call you, they do receive the following message:
"Welcome to Verizon Wireless. The number you were trying to reach has calling restrictions which has prevented the completion of your call."
When they send you a text message, there is no indication that their message was not received by you. It simply goes through as "normal" on their end, you just don't get it.
