I ordered a new phone 03/05 and it has set in processing for 2 days. Everyone I call says it should of shipped. It was actually ordered online the night of 03/04

Have you been sent a text or email from Verizon stating a tracking number or confirmation/order number? Those usually are not sent until the item ships.

I have called billing, customer service and chatted on my Verizon. Everyone says mo problems should of shipped
