For pay as you go, it depends on the replish amount.

$15 - $30 is 30 days

$30 - $74.99 is 90 days

$75 - $99.99 is 180 days

$100+ is 365 days

I could be wrong.... I don't deal much with prepaid accounts, so I don't know exactly how it works.  Prepaid has its own customer service line which is 888-294-6804, so if noone else here knows better, I would direct your questions there :smileyhappy:

Your min reset by your bill cycle. Not payement date. Bill cycle can be found by hitting #646.

so even when I add minutes to my time the cycle date dosen't change.

forgot to add this is a pay as you go. so no mater how much I add I will lose it all

at the end of my cycle. this sounds like a ripoff to me.

Pay as you go is much different. Everytime you add min it extends your time of min. It will tell you when they expire every time you updtade IE pay
