[removed] Network Trouble Ticket was opened a couple weeks ago on this.  Still having issues across our entire organization using Verizon devices.  Uplink is fast at >15Mbps, with downlink still at or below 2Mpbs.

 

How do we check the status of that network trouble ticket?

We don't want this to be an ongoing issue. It can typically take up to 5-7 business days to complete a troubleticket for your area. Have you received a confirmation text message or e-mail regarding the resolution for that ticket? Did you submit this troubleticket by contacting us by phone on your personal or business wireless account?
