Hello there edel1975! The first thing I would recommend is a soft reset of the device. Simply remove the battery from the back of the phone, wait about 30 seconds and replace and give it another try. If it freezes again, take note of the action you're trying to complete. If it is the same as last time, there may be an issue with that application.
