when I change my personal greeting there is a beep about 15 seconds in that overwrites what i'm recording. it records as a pause in the middle of what my greeting is, which is really annoying. how can I get rid of that?

Let's resolve this issue. Is this happening when you are attempting to set up your voice mail? Are you doing this from a landline phone or the cellphone itself? You can also go into the personal options and make sure everything is set correctly. Please keep us posted.
