insurance replacement phone and data plan

Got my replacement phone in the mail and activated it without issue. Told the guy on the phone that I had the double the data offer still in tact and he says "I see that and will reinstate that feature". Several days later and it is still don't have my 4gb data back. Called and talked to service and the lady says she will take care of it but two more days and still only 2gb. Is it really this difficult to get this fixed? Sheesh. Ticket number is >>removed<< so if a Verizon person sees this could you check on progress for me please? Can't seem to get through on the phone.
