My 4G LTE connection on my iPhone 5S has been poor for the past 2 days in Philadelphia, PA, specifically in zip code 19107. I have tried turning my phone on and off, toggling my airplane mode, and also toggling cellular data on and off. All of these things worked for a brief time, about 2-3 minutes, but then the connection goes away again. I am considering reporting this to Verizon because it does not seem fair that I am paying for a service that is not working properly.
