I recently moved from Washington State to West Virginia, and my iPhone now says that I have no signal and my phone doesn't do to terribly much if I'm not connected to wi-fi. I've tried holding the home button and the power button, and that did nothing, and I've tried dialing 22899, but my phone just says calling, and then terminates the attempted call after a few seconds. My boyfriend also has verizon, and an iPhone 5s, and he has perfect service.
