Boy ya'll make this hard! I have a less than a year old galaxy III. the last few weeks I keep losing service in my home. It has not happened previously. How do I check to see if there's a temporary outage in my area? How do I report one? It shouldn't do that on a phone less than a year old correct?
Thanks

Good morning mattieandjake! I am sorry to hear of the troubles you have been having with your service recently. I would be happy to check into this. If I could get the zip code you are at I would be able to look into this further for you. Also, just to cover all our bases here, I have sent a follow request to you. Please access http://vz.to/1DZ9nmo to accept my request and follow me back so you can send me a private message http://vz.to/1DZ9pun and we can get started. I could get some information from you to access your account and get to the bottom of this for you. Thanks!

Most likely, a "technical support specialist" will ask you to turn off your phone and turn it back on, among 10 other basic steps. Then, they'll need between 2 to 10 business days to "really" look into the problem.
After half a month goes by, you'll probably have to call in and repeat steps 1 and 2.
Good luck.
