i cant download a device driver on my phone when hooked up to pc it say unknowin device my phone is a kyocera brigadier
Kevinxr680, I can certainly understand the need to install the proper device drivers on your phone. Let’s work together to find out what’s going on and how we can help. Have you used this device on this particular PC before via USB port? One thing I would like for you to try is to use the USB Debugging option to see if this helps get the device driver you need: https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-108382/ Once you have done the debugging, then test your device on your PC to see if your device shows up now. That didn't help me any. It just had me unlock the developer settings and
turn on the debuging settings and I did that and the computer still don't
recognize my device
