I was getting an employee discount, however after getting injured at work I am now disabled and unable to work. Does Verizon check to see if a customer is eligible for any other discounts before discontinuing their current discount? I am a single parent and already struggling to cover the plan I have for my daughter and myself. My contract ends in April
About once a year you may be asked to validate your employment. If you don't validate within 60 days of the first notification, the discount will be removed. Other than that, they won't check to see if you're still employed, nor will they check to see if you qualify for any other discount.
