Why doesn't Verizon have an easily accessable e-mail address available in "contact us" in which to contact Verizon directly? Even a simple link would be nice. Instead, I am forced to blog you.

It is easy actually. Just go to Verizon's wireless page. Click "contact us". Scroll down a bit and to the left of the page will be "Send an Email". Right by please select, select if you pay month to month, prepaid or you're not a customer yet. Click the arrow next to it and boom you're there to fill out the info to send an email. I have taken some pictures that might help you:
