Two droid razrs, one in UK one in italy; both should work with the data plan bought before leaving US, according to the rep who set up the data plan at the time. But we have no service. And there is no service chat available during the hours it's supposedly up. Only chat is for sales, where they say"that is unfortunate" & can't help. Any thoughts? Very grateful
