do you get overage charges?

How often do you have overage charges? Do you pay for a lot more minutes than you use to avoid those charges? Do you utilize your Friends and Family list? Do you update it often to maximize its utility? Verizon claims to offer a lot of reports to help you analyze usage, but they don't have a report that tells you which non-M2M numbers consumed most of your plan minutes. I think they must make a lot of money on overage charges. It happens to me about every 4 months or so.

never. and they do offer a report like that. not during the billing period. however, when you go to view your bill online, you can view a VERY detailed version that shows every phone call. should be pretty easy to figure out what numbers are using up your minutes. they offer ways to view data usage, text usage, and minutes that count against your allowance. not sure how much more they can help you stay under your allowance. also, if you DO go over and you monitor it and realize you went over before the end of the billing cycle, you can change your plan retroactively that month to increase your minutes (then change it back a month or two later). but it's up to you to do all of this.

you're right. you can see every phone call, but how helpful is that? How easy is it to figure out which non-M2M numbers consumed most of your plan minutes? I don't think Verizon offers a report that shows it although someone else said "Yes they do."

could you be more helpful? what report shows you which non-M2M numbers consumed most of your plan minutes. these are the numbers that should be in your Friends and Family list - right?
