I was hoping to email Verizon but was unable to find any way to do so. Recently I added an additional line to my account and when I first called I asked to transfer over another number. I was told by the sales person it would be easier if I waited until the new phone arrived in the mail. I never used the number I am now being charged with for disconnecting. As soon as I got the phone I called VZW to transfer the number. I was told to activate that phone and then once they got approval from my previous carrier they would transfer the number. It was done within minutes. In my most recent bill I am now being charged $44.63 for a phone line I never used. I feel as a long standing customer of Verizon I should have the fee waived. Furthermore, at no point was I ever told there would be a fee for changing the number. I hope someone will contact me back.
