i get notifications from Verizon that my data is 98% used but when i check online...my usage is a fraction of the 6gb package i have in my plan...why?

Sounds like a plan change that was not back dated or future dated. Did you change your plan online or maybe a rep changed it? Sometimes this also happens when you go from a nationwide plan with no data to a share everything plan with data.

thanks for the fast reply...i didnt change plans, etc...makes no sense and sick of waiting on the phone for Verizon to answer!

Hmm, that does sound strange. Did you try #DATA(#3282)? If so, what did it say?
