I keep trying to get help with my call drops in my area. i have dealt with technical service and they came up with i need to purchase a network extender or i can switch service. I have called about getting the network extender and the said it was$250. i said "no way" i was put on hold and the came back with $50 off and i was put on hold again and came back with $100 off and i said im not paying for it. I  have repeatedly call for more support and when my call drops they dont call back. i just finally spoke with some one and they said i couldnt get the discount and when i siad i was going to switch to at&t she said i was never told that i could. i was then put on hole for 15 mins and then my call dropped.

I WANT OUT OF VERIZON!!
