This is the Verizon Wireless site in the United States. You are more likely to receive responses to your question if you write it in English. Thanks.

It does not matter that this is in the U.S.
There is support for Spanish speaking customers.

Actually it does matter as a lot of customers here don't understand Spanish. Yes, Verizon has staff that can respond however not all do I'm sure. It's a day later and they are still waiting for a response to their question.

As this is primarily a peer to peer public community forum and not a direct link to Customer Service, it can take a few days before any VZW rep responds in order to give the community members a chance to respond first.
This is the Google Translate of the text.
"As I get code to change server is that I want to be the telcel line but I get a notification that I should call and put the criminal code remarked to the number that tells me and nothing does not check .. Help to change the provider. From Verizon to Telcel"
That doesn't make a lot of sense, but I'm guessing they are looking for the SIM card unlock code in order to use the phone on another carrier’s network. Most phones should already be unlocked unless it was recently purchased as VZW has started locking their phones prior to activation on the Verizon Wireless network in order to deter theft.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Also this discussion thread isn't marked as a question so it is even more unlikely a VZW rep will read it or respond to it. They generally only reply to unanswered questions.

From Google Translate:
Hi samgalv18, I understand that you want to use your Verizon Wireless phone with the Telcel company in Mexico. I want to inform you that most of our phones are not blocked and if your phone is not reported as lost or stolen, your phone should work by simply inserting the Telcel SIM card into the phone. Please visit this page (https://www.verizon.com/about/consumer-safety/office-depository-policy-politics) to confirm our unlocking policy.
I also want to inform you that although most of our phones are not blocked, we can only guarantee activation, service and compatibility when your Verizon Wireless phone is connected to our network in the United States.
Is your phone active in a Verizon Wireless account at this time?
