So, I keep receiving messages about data usage....like 10 days after ours rolls over. I check this on My Verizon and according to it, we are NOT over. So I call and speak to someone. This lady tells me that this is a mistake and will be corrected. She also looks at my data history and charges and tells me charges will be taken off. She sends and e-mail to a supervisor and I hear nothing. So I call back and the guy I talk to acts like I am lying about the whole conversation, tells me basically "too bad, so sad". I tell him to pull up the conversation I had with the gal 2 days before and he says " I can see who you talked to but there are not notes about the conversation and no way to contact her."  What the heck? I refuse to make another payment until this is resolved and charges are taken off to my satisfaction! Have to actually have a returned call from a supervisor like I was promised first!!

Which phone do you have? You can look on your device(s) and see what may have used data.

It's virtually unheard of for a Customer Service Representative to determine a mistake for data, and promise a refund.
