I purchased my new iPhone 11 two weeks ago in Oahu.  I was in a rush to catch a flight so asked them to not activate it..... they assured me they didn't.

15 minutes later, trying to catch an Uber for my flight I realize they activated the phone in the sealed box and my "working" phone wouldn't work... I ran back 4 blocks to get them to fix.

Now, I'm still trying to get my new phone activated,..... have waited with customer service on phone multiple times.... visited my local Verizon store in Maui after work today ... but they had one employee and 5 people in line so I gave up and left.

Moral of the story..... NEVER buy your phone from a Verizon store.... I am so frustrated!

Still sitting on hold right now waiting for help, but not feeling any love.

Then you said you are still trying to get the new phone activated....."Now, I'm still trying to get my new phone activated"

I'm confused.
