My phone survey was cut-off and therefore was unable to complete my complaint about my most recent experience with Verizon.
I am highly dissatisfied, even irate about the disrespectful interaction I had with the "highest" level of tech support.
I have been a Verizon customer for over eight years and because of this I am aggressively looking into switching providers.
Please let me know whom I need to speak with because I would hate for any other customer to be treated the way I was.

I tried to activate a LG G Vista phone I had purchased at BestBuy to upgrade my phone. I was told that I would be required to upgrade my plan to use the new phone even but the package the new phone was in said it would work on the 45.00 a month plan and the ad in BestBuy's weekly sale information said the same.. I'm leaving Verizon.
