Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went into the 1514 Eubank Boulevard Northeast, Albuquerque, NM 87112 store today at noon to cancel my service. I stood there for 10 minutes while the one guy in the store answered no brainer technical questions from another customer. The guy did not stop for 1 second to let me know he would be with me in 30 minutes after answering all the questions this guy had. Another employee walked in the store and went behind the counter. I had to approach him, wondering if he was on a break or lunch or something. He said he was new and would have to ask the other guy how to cancel my service. He went and stood next to this guy for 10 minutes like I was earlier and was going to let him talk to this guy for a half an hour or whatever it took for him to finish with this customer, before asking the guy how to cancel my service. Obviously after waiting for 20 minutes with no help I walked out. I have never seen such disregard for customers time and lack of professionalism. After reading these other reviews I am not surprised though. I will never use Verizon again and warn everyone I know not to use their service.
