I have unlimited data on phone 1 phone 2 but phone 3 is a basic reg phone no unlimited data. Can I use phone 3 to get an upgrade, remove the data plan put reg phone back to phone 3. With the upgrade phone use that on phone 1. Will phone 1 and 2 lose unlimited data when i use phone 3s upgrade? I truly appreciate any feedback or response...thanks all!!

Once you activate the new phone on Line 3 to accept the Terms of Service, you can then move the phone to whichever line you want. Once you activate the old phone back on Line 3, the data plan should fall off, but I'd log into MyVerizon and double-check that it does, indeed, fall off.
I've read that the warranty may be void on the phone once you move it to the other line, but recent posts indicate that that may not be the case.
And, of course, Line 3 won't be eligible for another upgrade for 24 months
If you process it the way you stated then you should not lose unlimited data for line 1 or 2.
