I think people think verizon workers check ALL of the posts. Most they really don't look at.
The sad thing is I have learned more from people on here then actually calling customer care. lol.
Update - I will be recontracting with Verizon as they provided a satisfactory resolution.
I did not realize this was a c2c forum only. I was trying to reach VZW through every available outlet and I succeeded.
