Why lie to customers ????

I recently had the most disappointing experience with customer service, I was lied to twice about the "notes" that Verizon says to keep of the customer calls.   To the point where im looking seriously into finalizing my 15+ years business relation with VZW.

This is how you want to treat people that pay this company thousands of dollars every year??? Im not asking for anything more than for you to honor what was said.

It seems only convenient that there is no CS email where customers can keep records, there are "notes" that VZW can "ignore" when the next CSR doesn't like what is in them.

I hope at some point a REAL supervisor or manager contacts me over this issue. Meanwhile not only VZW lost a customer, I will be the first to stop recommending VZW to friends and family due to the lack of respect to their customers and shady communication system.

I don't think a supervisor would be monitoring this forum. I would contact CS and request one. It would be faster.
