Why isn't my return lable available for me to print?

I am sending a STB for a dead person. 

I have the shipping box which waS sent to me with NO RETURN LABEL INCLUDED. I am trying to have this label emailed so I can print it out and finish with this annoyance.

I tried to do this with my account info. I do not have any of the deceased acct info except her mobile and land lines numbers.

What can I do
