I know they took away the email but at least be staffed to handle the amount of traffic that a live chat would bring. spent 2 hours at a store trying to get my account and device fixed, even the guy helping me had to call support and the two of them couldn't fix it. Oh and they changed the upgrade date but we all found out to late, cuz they know we could of canceled our plans without a fee, and they knew that, and they hid it. Really Verizon….just need my acc. and device fixed….is that to much to ask...

Chat, I believe is available when phone reps are not helping a customer.

I agree. It is never available. I used to get great service through chat whenever I had any issues with my device or my bill. For the last two months, it hasn't been available.
Now I need help and even the phone lines aren't available. How can I get help with my billing issues?
