Starting a few days ago, I and several coworkers have noticed that we cannot get 4G service in the area of Williamson Medical Center. There is construction in that area. Could the construction have damaged or interrupted 4G service? I have also had difficulty with unsent text messages.

I appreciate you taking the time to reach out. I want to ensure that you and your fellow coworkers have a positive experience with service. Does data service revert to 3G while in the area or do you receive no data at all? May I ask how far do you have to go before 4G service is restored?
