My bill is paid and I've been in an area where I usually have LTE coverage. What's going on?

I don't know. Maybe a bit more information such as location and someone else would be able to chime in whether they have service in the same location. We don't necessarily want to guess where you are located.

Good afternoon. I am sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulities with your 4G service. I know the importance of having reliable data service. It would be my pleasure to address your service concerns.

So that we may be able to assist in further troubleshooting, we will need some additional information. What zip code are you in? What make and model device are you currently using? Are you having issues with data only or voice & data?

If you currently have a 4G device, I would first recommend removing the SIM card from your phone, then re-inserting back into your phone. If you are still experiencing difficulites with your data connection, please respond with additonal information.
