Why does the Chat option not work? It is grayed out on my screen and says they are closed before 7 AM and it is no 10 AM?

I can't use the chat option.  Can anyone say why it is disabled?Verizon Wireless Customer Support

It's greyed out when all reps are assisting other customers.

Then why doesn't it say that?  Instead it says that it is closed because it is after hours (which it is not).Verizon Wireless Customer Support

They may also be in a meeting/training/fire drill.
