I have tried to disconnect a phone line twice and I continue to get charged. I've been to the store and always leave happy then I get a bill and it's not correct again. Then long hold times longer than 10 minutes. I just wish I could get this resolved.

call 1-800-922-0204 or *611 and ask for the cancellation department.
They will try and keep you but stick to your wanting to terminate service. Have them give you a transaction number as a receipt.
If you port the lines to another cell provider they close out that day. Effective at the end of your billing cycle.
