I am trying to reserve an iphone on apple.com.
However when I enter my Verizon information it doesn't give me the chance to buy an iphone at full price.
This is because Verizon is greedy and is forcing customers to sign a contract.
I already know that I need to buy a phone at full price to keep my unlimited data.
However, they are making this hard.
If I buy through Verizon, I have to wait until October 31 to get an iphone.
That is poor customer relations to force a person to pay full price for a phone and won't even allow me to get one when I can.
I am very close to switching to T-Mobile.

It's highly likely no one has the phone available right now.

That is not the issue.
Yes availability is difficult however Verizon is making it harder to get a phone.
I am sick of their greed.
They promise I can keep my plan and force me to pay full price.
Ok I got it and I can afford that proposition.
But I don't want any more hassles to get a phone.

The only carrier than can buy contract free from Apple.com currently is T-Mobile.
The phone just came out, and is very hard to get right now. - just wait like everyone else has to.

Its not an unlocked phone.
The issue is I need to buy a Verizon iphone to use its service.
If you want to be a sucker and use wifi you can sign up for those Verizon plans with expensive data.
Comcast internet is very expensive and won't pay for it.
I am willing to pay the full retail price which is helping Verizon save on a subsidy.
They are truly scum!
