Why Do My Calls Keep Dropping?

How do I report consistent call drops in a given area? Driving on I70 west of Columbus aproximently 1 mi east of exit 85. The approximate coordinates are,39.973583,-83.273775. the dead zone extend at least a mile or two in all directions including side roads.

Call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or *611 from your phone to report the issues and open a trouble ticket to investigate it.
