An organization named FocusVision emailed me a link to a "Verizon Customer Experience Survey". Is this a legitimate service requested by Verizon or is it a scam?

Verizon sends surveys at random after you call in via text. I wouldn't trust what was sent to you.

RANDY_K, we take your security and personal information very seriously, so I want to make sure we fully address your email inquiry. We do not send survey requests via email. Our main method of communication for a survey is through phone calls and text messages. It will be administered to the line that initiated the call and it would be sent shortly after. You can visit the FCC website directly to make reports and file a consumer complaint: http://spr.ly/6584DNwnA Please let me know if this has answered your question.

Protecting our customers information is very important Randy_K. I've checked our resources and I'm not showing that we use Focus Vision. I would recommend deleting the email and not replying to it. This way we can ensure none of your contact information is shared with this company.
