I own an ETF but I haven't gotten the final bill in the mail yet. I want to pay it NOW. Anyone have a phone number I can call that I don't have to try to navigate an aggravating phone tree that ultimately gets me either where I don't need to be or asks for information that I don't have?

There's no way around the Verizon phone tree; you might try option 4, then 0 or speak 'agent'

You can select the option for disconnected account and pay right away. If the final bill has not generated, then you will not be able to make a payment even through customer service. ETFs can be billed tax so the exact amount of the bill varies by area for an etf so without a generated bill, it would not be possible to tell you the exact amount.
