I almost fell off my chair when I read that Comcast announced a "partnership" with Verizon to provide home 5G broadband to customers. Who on earth at Verizon thought this would a good idea? Here's a thought: whoever it was give them a six month vacation to get their sanity back. The only organization worse than those deceiving individuals at Comcast are those at ADT.
"Big Red" has always been known for great customer service even as Verizon would have service lapses. Comcast is hardly the "partner" Verizon wants to be associated with. They may want to quickly rethink this one.
