Where is my trade in gift card

I traded in a phone when purchasing a Pixel 3.  I received an email that it was accepted on 11/16/18 for $110 and a gift card would be sent:

Thanks for trading your device. We've inspected it and have confirmed that the appraised value is accurate. Your Verizon Wireless gift card will be emailed to you
within the next 2 weeks.

I have seen nothing from Verizon.  Where is this gift card?
