I typically use Chat to discuss issues, but today I can not find a link to initiate a Chat session. Anyone know if they did away with it or how to reach it? It's not an option in the 'Contact Us' at the top of the page. All I can do there is search the FAQ boards.
Like I stated in the original post, when I go to this page, all I get is the option to 'Ask Now' under the Want to Talk to Someone heading. The other things on the page are Device Shortcuts, Quick Links (with no link to chat mind you), and Mailing addresses.

I have been trying to get on chat as well! It's been weeks now and I haven't been able to get through as I do not see the chat button. Did Verizon do away with chat?
