Where do we complain to at least get rollover data from Verizon?

I'm not here to complain as I love my service with Verizon, but I have been searching high and low as to see how and if we can give Verizon an idea on rollover data. We're all paying good money and it seems as though we're being nickeled and dimed to death. I don't see it as being such a bad idea to at least give us rollover data since we're paying for it in the first place. If you're a Verizon rep, can you forward this to the big wheels in any kind of way?

You posted this on the Verizon Wireless Community forum which is a peer to peer customer forum.

As a customer I doubt Verizon will ever consider this. I don't think any of the carriers have rollover data. Only one carrier had rollover voice minutes and even that had rules for how much you could keep.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Unfortunately Verizon makes it hard for Peer-to-Provider feedback. Lack of rollover data is reason I am seeking alt provider/options. Nobody uses all their plan data unless it is due to overage and then they bump to next level and don't use that all up. Verizon could easily have a conditional rollover that allows unused data during prior 3-6 months to cover an overage once per next 3-6 months.  I believe it would be clear sales advantage.

Good luck with finding a carrier that has a "rollover" data option.

Just like Ann said. Unfortunately they do not offer a rollover data plan. If you are seeking another provider that has that option you are out of luck as well. Ann pretty much covered it. Verizon will probably not offer it and until other providers start offering it (which they don't) Verizon won't even consider thinking about it.
